Lucas was very interested in the turkey.
Nana was very interested in napping.
Mya found someone to read her books over and over, Aunt Mandy.
We all got to watch the Macy's Parade!
Blaine and Kim and boys came too!
Blaine cut the cheese. Yes, I'm very witty. Actually I don't know what he's cutting.
Speaking of cheese...
The kids table.
The adults table.
Nana slept through it all.
The foooooood. Mmmmmmmm.
The after-effects:
Aunt Kim showed Lucas how to play a game on her tablet.
I think Lucas approved of the pies Aunt Mandy made.
When Savannah finally woke up she got the obligatory sweet potatoes with the Thanksgiving bib.
And she liked it.
Reeeeealy liked it.
Before bed we had what my kids call a "dance party" and watched Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving.
Savannah packin heat.
The next day we visited Bill and Alison and fam. Lucas and Mya "helped" Uncle Bill put up Christmas lights for a few minutes til they got bored.
And Doug tried to get the lights on Al's garland working.
Cousin Lexi played ball with Lucas and Mya for a long while. They also rolled down the hill.
Back at Mom and Dad's house Doug and Lucas helped Aunt Mandy get her tree up.
And Nana helped a little too.
These are more pictures of Thanksgiving Day that somehow got posted at the end here but I'm too lazy to move them around.
Lucas is shooting cousin Tyler here.
We had an absolutely wonderful time and are so blessed to have such an awesome family.
